Terms of service

1. Service provider

2. Services and prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT.

• Consultation: a 30-minute video call with a physiotherapist. Price €50. A personal plan is not included.
• Consultation and plan: a consultation plus a personal exercise plan based on its results. Price €80.
• Plan only: a personal exercise plan based on your questionnaire, without a video call. Price €50.

3. Ordering and payment

3.1. To book a consultation, choose a physiotherapist and a time in the calendar. To order "Plan only", fill in the questionnaire.

3.2. Payment is taken at sign-up through Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The contract is concluded once payment is received.

3.3. You'll receive a confirmation by email and, for consultations, the video call link.

4. Providing the service

4.1. The consultation takes place by video call at the chosen time. Please have a device with a camera, a stable connection and room to move.

4.2. If you are late, the consultation still ends at the scheduled time. If you don't join within [15] minutes, the consultation is considered held.

4.3. We email your plan within 3 business days of the consultation or of paying for "Plan only".

4.4. If a consultation doesn't take place through our fault or because of technical problems on our side, we'll offer another time or a full refund.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to [el. paštas]. Refunds go back to your original payment method within [14] days.

• You can reschedule or cancel a consultation (including "Consultation and plan") free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel in time, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel later than 24 hours before, or don't join, there is no refund.
• You can cancel "Plan only" within 2 calendar days of payment, as long as the plan hasn't been sent yet. You then get a full refund.
• Once the plan has been sent there is no refund, because it is created individually from your information.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By ordering a service that is delivered within 14 days, you ask us to start right away and accept that you lose this right once the service is fully provided (the consultation has taken place or the plan has been sent). Until then, the conditions in section 5 apply. [A lawyer should confirm the wording of this section.]

7. Health notice and liability

7.1. Our services are not emergency medical care and don't replace an examination by a doctor. For severe or sudden pain, numbness, swelling or after an accident, see a doctor first. In an emergency, call 112.

7.2. If an online consultation isn't suitable for your situation, we'll tell you and recommend seeing a specialist in person.

7.3. You are responsible for giving accurate and complete health information. Follow the instructions when exercising; if you feel pain or discomfort, stop and contact us.

7.4. We are not liable for harm caused by inaccurate or withheld information or by not following instructions.

8. Intellectual property

The plan we send you is for your personal use only. It may not be shared, sold or published without our consent.

9. Personal data

We process your data in line with our Privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

10.1. Send comments and complaints to [el. paštas]. We'll reply within 14 days.

10.2. If a dispute isn't resolved, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

10.3. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
